The historic JC Penney building loft houses this handcrafted livable art space.
Ceiling treatment and arch are constructed from reclaimed materials collected through various historic renovations. Original elevator brake pulley from the JC Penny building is mounted atop a segment of a wooden train trestle. The crank/brake operates the attached lamp.
