what’s love got to do with it?

This question pops up in various ways regarding my ‘love centric’ creations; being hearts, ‘love’ via modern day symbolism: qr code, bar code, Braille etc… As explained in our bio info, focusing on ‘love’ helped us both make it through difficult times.

I have made many wooden hearts, as many sold as given away. Those who have purchased have their own connection to them. All have our personal intention attached; one of healing, planting a seed of sorts; encouraging one’s focus on love, of self and others especially in today’s changing world.

Personally, I get great joy in being able to share the idea of love as we do. Humorously, I like to toy with the idea that, I often make love in my studio, for hours at a time. Truly though, I see our effort promoting the importance of love as a means to ‘pass it forward’, ‘it’ being that love, compassion and good will are keys to a life well lived.
